At BDY Fajas, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150 USD (before tax and after discounts).
Offer applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
Does not apply to wholesale, expedited, or international shipments.

All orders are processed within 3 business days, regardless of selected shipping speed.
Processing time is separate from shipping speed and applies before a tracking number is generated.
We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
High order volumes may cause a delay of 1–2 extra business days.

📧 If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you by email or phone.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Tracking links become active within 24 hours.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your confirmation email

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included at checkout.
We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.

BDY Fajas is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit.
If your package is damaged or missing, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and documentation when filing a claim.
